anyone's ex ever surprise them in court

I have a court date coming up soon. STBX moved out, hardly contact kids, and is being very cool about everything. A little too cool. Our next court date is about me getting support with a couple months arrears. I think something is up. It's a little too easy, a little too quiet. Any ideas on what she could be up to?

Without knowing anything about your case, how could anyone even hazard a guess. It would seem to serve no purpose until you receive something.
