Separated wife just got offered a promotion at corporate with a raise and relocation. The job is in Bradenton about 60-75 miles North of me. I don’t want my daughter to go for obvious reasons. I cant even do 50/50 because of my jobs hours and daycare. Does anyone have any idea what her rights are to do that since we are still legally married but separated for the last year? :confused:

If you can't do 50/50 and it's a 60 mile move, then petition the court for a divorce and ask for a move away clause to prevent her from moving.
ORRRRR, you could allow the 60 mile move as long as she agrees to do the transporting since she moved away. Since you can't do 50/50 you can still do every other weekend right? So have her meet you with child and pick up child in your home town.
I'd assume you are making some sort of a move to divorce?
