All,
I live in PA and my wife moved out about two years ago. About a year ago she had filed for a no-fault divorce. There were two counts in the complaint for divorce. 1. We both consent after a 90day waiting period. 2. It has been two years since we had separated.
Well, we have been unable to come to an agreement of the division of property. My wife wants at lest 50% of the assets, and she expects me to take 100% of the debts. And on top of that she is getting monthly spousal support, and is using that to threaten that she will just let things drag on and collect money from me till I agree to what she wants. In the mean time she has been cheating on me the whole time and refuses any counseling.
Anyway, here is the question. Next month the two years of separation will be up. What will the court do at this time?
Thanks for any help, John
