Dead Beat Mom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My ex wife is a real Dead Beat Mom. We had a son together almost 8 years ago. We stayed married for a brief time. She had our son and started using drugs heavily and I took her to court. She was ordered to take a drug test and failed. I was awarded full custody of my son. She was ordered to pay cs and visitation was to be supervised. She did a few visits and left the state after she gave me a bad cs check. I have not heard from her since she left.She has not seen MY son in over seven years and owes an arearage of over $50,000. I am now seeking termination of parental rights and my wife of four years is seeking adoption. She is the only mother that he knows. I have found her in Texas and I know where she works and lives, but we are having a hard time getting her served. Her husband tells the deputy that she is not home. I just hope that this will all be over soon. Please tell me what you think I should do? I have a lawyer but she is good at hiding from her responsibilities as you can see!!!

Have her served at work then -- after something like this, all bets are off and you have to do what's right for your family.
