Marrital agreement

I'm going through a divorce she got a attorney not me I signed a marital agreement has not gone to court yet is it to late for me to fight in court and get my own attorney. I believe she filed already but not sure yet j will find that out 2maro.

You signed a settlement agreement? What has changed since you signed that would lead you to change your mind. When you say she filed are you saying she filed the final papers or the request for dissolution?
