Getting spouse to move out
      #688502 - 09/07/10 08:38 AM

I am new to this forum. My spouse and I are separating (my choice). He has not held a job since we've been married, or do his part to support our 2 kids, and he has put me in a hole of financial debt. the house is in my name only (I owned it prior to marriage). the enviroment has become too argumentative and toxic and I want him to leave. what are my legal rights? i've asked him to move out and he says no. can I force him out? or does he have any legal right to be there?
