Hello, It looks as if I will be getting divorced from my wife of ..... wait for it.... one year. There are no assets or children and would like to do it pro se. Irreconcilable differences will be cited and everything will be uncontested. My question is, I moved from ND to NE to go to school and have been here for 3 months. I have to be a NE resident for a year to file here, but how difficult would it be to file in ND with me living 400 miles away? Really don't want to spend 3500 for an attorney.
Thanks
