I married a woman from the UK in May of 2004. She wasn't undergoing the immigration process at the time of our marriage. In April of 2005, she returned to England for a visit and informed me shortly after arriving that she wasn't returning. We were physically together 11 months. She claims our marriage isn't recognized in the UK. Meanwhile, here in Pittsburgh, I'm married. Its been 5 years! There was limited contact so that I could have some reference to resolve the situation. I'm wondering if my marriage could be anulled? I don't have much money for an Attorney. This would be an amicable divorce. Has anyone any advice? I need to move on. Thank you.
