Subpoena??

I do not have an attorney. I need to have my DD's counselor testify at my next hearing. At the last hearing, I thought I could show all the records but the judge said I need to have the counselor there. So he continued the case & said the counselor needs to be at the next hearing. Do I have to subpeona her or can I just ask her to come to court? My ex has an attorney & said they want to do a depo with counselor, am I supposed to set that up??

I would go to the court house, and ask them if there is a form, for you to use to subpoena the councelor. I have an attorney and each subpoena will cost me 75.00
