She always shows up, pleads broke, plays the "Poor little NCP Mommy" card, etc. She screwed up and never shpwed up for the last hearing...they issued a warrant, LMAO.

Hopefully, his state handles these things differently than mine... the most my ex ever had to pay to get back out was $500, which was applied to the arrears, and a stern warning from the judge not to do it again... and again... and again...

My ex had a warrant out for him for several years. He was even caught (pulled over) for speeding...the officer saw the warrant, asked him about it...ex told him it was for CS and he was let go! The warrant never did anything for us.....but I hope it works the opposite in your case!

They SAY that they are going to hold her until the entire amount of child support is paid (about $5K). They probably WON'T, but the thought is nice, LOL.
