disobeying judge's order in Mississippi

The judge orders both the wife and the husband NOT to discuss their divorce with their children (ages 12 and 15). Children told wife that their father IS, in fact, discussing issues with them. Wife is seeing her attorney today. Would you all agree that this is contempt of court and husband should be ordered to move out of the house?

The issue you are talking about is rarely cut and dried. Good luck with a contempt conviction. A slap on the hand might be pushing it.

I sincerely douby that anyone will be required to move out of the house. I agree that a reprimand is the most likely result.

Yes, I really feel he should be dragged away from home for discussing such sensitive issues with small kids!
