What part of VA are you from? I'm on here sporadically--mainly until my kids are ready for bed and then after they've gone to bed...

Thought I'd chime in too. I'm in Norfolk. Court date is Oct 4th. Uncontested. She split - I filed.
I made a conscious decision to keep it kind, even in my pain. No kids, so it was easier on me.
I wouldn't wish this on anyone. If you're here, you're in pain. Pax Vobiscum and Namaste folks. Don't forget to breathe....
