my ex is really trying to stick it to me. Not only is she trying to relocate with our daughter i just received more papers in the mail asking for my monthly income. How dare she? I pay $119 a month, and she gets $58 of that. Why is she doing this to me? I called her and asked her why. And she stated that even with minimum wage i should be paying $67 a week. I have a wife and two kids to support why is she doing this to me? All i want is a relationship with my daughter. I think she's being very ignorant and unfair.

Dude, my ex got set at minimum wage, 40 hour week, in 2001, and it was $200 a month for THREE kids. $67 a week is NOTHING. You wanna be a DAD, help PAY for the kid.

its not alot but shes only doing it out of spit because she heard i bought my wife a car. I just feel shes wasting the courts time with all these motions and is just trying to stick it to me.

Aren't those extra 2 kids your new wife's from a previous relationship ?
Budgeting 101....don't take on new expenses that you can't afford. Have you forgotten that you already told us you weren't able to take the trip to see your baby girl, whom you know claim to love SOOOO much, in the first few years of her life ?

no just 1 of my wifes kids isnt mines. We have a 4yr old together. And i do love my daughter im just being HONEST with everyone in here because i want the honest truth to help me or to make me understand how the courts are/will be thinking about what i say. Because MAYBE i can word it differently and try not to look like an ass when im not meaning too.

Honestly, support your child and spend time with her.
Before buying your new wife a car, you needed to take into account Child Support.
Before you have s3x again, remember to use protection since you obviously can't support the children you currently have.
That is the honest truth.

If you LOVED your daughter? You would properly SUPPORT her. End of story and discussion.
If you go to court? You will get REAMED by a judge. You are either an [censored] and an idiot, or you are a troll. Those are the only options here.
Support your kid. Period. And stop making new ones you can't afford.
