Child custody without marriage

I live in Florida (father) and the girlfriend has moved to Tennesse. The child was born in florida. Do I fight for custody here or Tennesse?

It depends on when they moved there. It usually takes 6 months to be a resident in most states (you will have to check on that online to make sure). If less than 6 months, you would file for custody in TN. Either way, you will need an attorney.
