travelling with child

My husband and I are not talking divorce yet, but he limits my movement in terms of meeting my family who live abroad. Him and I diagree on my international travel with my 4yr old. Do I still require his consent or can go ahead and make my plans.

You run the risk of being charged with international abduction, which is a crime in every state.
