Don't know what to do....

I have been married for 10 years to my high school sweetheart, we have two kids age 8 and 3! Two years ago I made him leave for the same issues we are having again! He is faithful and is a good husband at times! He hangs with all single men and lies everywhere he goes and I always cat h him and just get over it for the sake to keep my family together but it's too much! Last week he said he was one place and lied about where he was, who he was with and where and came home hours later drunk and pissed in the bed and never knew! I'm so heart broken and know I need to divorce cause he has done this for 10 years! I'm so torn for our boys and I know they will be happy without him living here! I still love him and dont know how I will take seeing him with someone else, not sure about life without him but he doesn't care Biut me all the times he pulls his stunts! He is very moody and is happiest with his friends! HELP

Hi I'm not any type of legal person just going through issues myself and was curious about your post.. Best I can see is even though you say you love him, you both know there are problems. And kids are smart too, they pick up on it. I say you would all be better off if you split up, then if you are meant to be together, and your husband is in agreement perhaps you two could have counseling and start over,. just sharing my thoughts, hope all works out for your family
