Move outside of the usa to a country with no extradition to the usa, take all your money and then sit back, relax and enjoy things.

You're not going to get one. The practical solution would have been to marry a woman who earned your equal, and then you wouldn't be on the hook for alimony.

Look carefully at the VA case law on modification of alimony. In my state, unless modification is expressly waived, it can be' modified. I assume however that you already looked into this and modification is only possibile in the casse you mention. If so, you Are stuck with it. Introduce her to' some marriage prospects. Murder isn't practical.

This is easy. If your ex wife likes to wh0re around she will get pregnant within a month or two. Then she will pressure the father to marry her, and marriage ends alimony in all 50 states. Worked wonders for me, highly recommended.
Death is another valid option but I haven't tried that one. Seemed to work for OJ and his 25K/mo alimony bill.

While I'm not a proponent of spousal support, I have to ask the circumstances. Lifetime alimony awards are unusual - why did she get that?
How long were you married? Is she disabled? Did you have an attorney?

Total fiction - I saw a show once where a guy made a living by marrying women who were collecting alimony (divorcing them 6 months later) by hitting up their exes for 1/2 of 1 years alimony to do it. I though that was rather ingenious.
I think he was murdered on the show though, so I don't recommend it as a career path.

A la Spinnerdegrassi's comment. If I move to Thailand and take my assets with me, will they actually arrest me or what if I come visit in the US? I am over 60 have social security, IRA and a house. Can't take social security with me though? Best to all. :D
