OT on a more positive note LOL

Been working on losing weight the past 2 months. I've reduced my calorie intake to 1300/day or less, tracking every bite and drink that I have. I've gone from a 16 to a 10. More inches than weight, but I'm very happy to say the least. Now, I'll be working out more as I have a goal. I did my first 5k Thanksgiving day, jogged/walked and made it in 34 minutes! Yay me! :) My back hurt for a few days but overall, I was very pleased with my result. And it was for a good cause.
