Recently filed for divorce in Oregon. Married three years no children. Well she has custody of her two from previous and I have custody of my one from previous. No other property to speak of. We both had vehicle loans until about 6 months ago we traded both vehicles in on one vehicle. Both vehicles we traded in had negative equity. I put the money down and pay the payment and insurance. Who will get the vehicle? It's also in my name only because they have bad credit.
