Tonight she said her poop was all blood and she is spitting up blood... she's not sick, but her stomach does hurt a little.. she said cramping.. no fever... I want to get her to the Docs tomorrow, but wonder if I should take her in tonight... It's not a lot of blood, it's red (not brown)...She's been stopped up, so I wonder if it's drainage and a sinus infection....

I would be at the ER. Not a medical person but to me bleeding from both ends warrant a seeing a medical professional ASAP.
Hope that it is just something simple and eay to fix.

Bright red blood is not uncommon from rectum or sinuses when sick in small amounts.

Really? Yikes! Honestly never heard of this :(
ExSO used to bleed copious amounts.. all sorts of tests.. never found a source. Just something he did apparently.
I have IBS (D version), never had that issue.
DD will get blood, but she has issues with constipation and I think she gets fissures too.
Personally, depending on volume and frequency, I'd be at the ER. If it's just a little bit and it's infrequent, I'd wait for the regular doc. If it's a lot and frequent, I'd be at the ER.
