ok Hi its me again! i have court next month ! i have a question- I filed for change of residential parent and legal custodian and also filed for contempt for being denied visitations, father is always late (30 min or more)
ok so that is what i filed... my Q. If I do win in court and get custody how will father get visitations with my child?? will he have to take me back to court or will we use the same schedule we already have currently, just reverse/switch it?"?
-we currently have shared parenting father is residential parent for school purposes only i get son summer that sorta stuff and every weekend- so im just asking if anyone know what will happen? thanks and god bless -Ohio

It is very hard to change custody, what are your grounds for the reversal? Being 30 minutes late for visitation is not going to reverse custody.
