No Set Visitation

Son signed a visitation/custody/child support agreement.......the visitation says 'when X allows it'......well now she is not allowing ANY!!!!!!! Son has not kept up on his CS but is good to his son........any suggestions for him? Thanks

Get anew court order that outlines the visitation. Unfortunately for him he should not have allowed the visitation order to be worded so visitation is at her discretion. Because now she is not doing anything wrong by not allowing it.

That is what we thought......so continues to threaten him with filing abuse charges on him......there has been no abuse.....and she leaves the baby with lots of other people so she can go out when son is available.....thanks
