Anyone been there (Key West) in late November early December? My friend is letting me use her condo for a week for free. Thinking of going on a girls week with some friends, but I want the weather to be warm.
I would love to go when it is hot, like in summer time, but I can't pass up this offer from my friend.

I went in Nov of 2010 for a week. We stayed at the Casa Marina resort on the south side. It was in the low 80's. It's ok for a week, but it gets boring beyond that since you can pretty much walk the whole island in a day anyways.

IMO you don't want to do Key West in the summer when its that hot. November / December is a good time to go because its warm enough without suffocating you with the humidity. Even though you're on an island, trust me, there's humidity. I lived in the area for a couple of years and KW was always nice at the end of the year.

Agree...Key West is too muggy and hot in the summer months...almost unbearable...Going in Late November would be perfect!

I love the heat and humidity actually. I just want to run around in flip flops and beach clothes all day. I was in Cuba from June-November and I remember the humidity there too...I'd really rather go to Cuba, but I figure Key West is close enough.
I live in San Antonio and today's high is 87 already on April 6th.
Edit to change forecast. 83 and 94% humidity.

I go the first week in November (annual parrothead convention). It's usually 70's-80's during the day, but can be cooler. You need a sweatshirt just in case.
