Attorney, Mediator, or do it alone
      #782371 - 04/09/12 08:31 PM

Starting my divorce soon. I hava a feeling my wife and I might agree on most settlements. However, I don't know for sure. I was thinking my wife and I could start a joint petition and see how it goes. If we agree on everything, do we still need to get a lawyer. He have investments, kids and property we are deliberating on. Not sure at what point a lawyer is needed. Any advice would help. Thanks
