Picture a movie about a 30+ year old teacher, seducing and having sex with a 12 year old girl. The girl gets pregnant, and the guy goes to prison. The story is about the girl raising the child on her own. Sounds like a lifetime drama of the week, right?
Nope, see, the GENDERS are reversed, its a FEMALE teacher, a young teen BOY, she gets pregnant, and guess what, its a COMEDY, starring Adam Sandler called "That's My Boy".

Really? Feel free to correct me. Was the mother a TEACHER? Was the father an UNDERAGE student? Sounds like statutory rape to me.

Of course it does, because female on male RAPE is HILARIOUS. It is that mindset that leads boys to NOT report rapes, because they are embarrased at the societal outcome and how they will NOT be respected as victims.
I speak from PERSONAL experience on this issue and I ASSURE you its not all fun and games.

---> OBVIOUSLY they are not make light of the 'statutory rape'...the biological mother is in prison for her crime. However, the creation of the child is NOT the story line, but Sandler's character's parenting skills (or lack thereof).
