had to post to this.....

I LOVE living in the South for this very reason.....no matter who it is, here in Oklahoma if someone steps on your property and won't leave, trespassing is a shootable offense.
Yep that's right you can go get your shotgun and MAKE them leave or shoot them if they don't!

(Not that I'm telling you to shoot your ex!!)

Just saying no matter that your wife hit her with a magazine, because they were on YOUR property, here in OK your wife can use whatever means necessary to remove trespassers!

I know this because my bf's X used to threaten to bring her new husband over and kick MY but when bf was gone to work. Well needless to say I wasn't real scared, for one I worked for the Sheriff's Office at the time and Assault on an Officer was NOT something she wanted attached to her name in the local Papers Blotter!

Now she mostly threatens by phone, for which *CLICK* is all she gets from me in return!!

My advice to you is STOP ANSWERING the door when she comes over!!! The minute you see her pull up in your driveway, CALL 911 and report someone on your property who WON'T leave!
