Melody ..you've got to understand that Texas is different. And you can get travel restrictions on traveling out of state with a member of the opposite sex here as opposed to just traveling out of state. In Texas they view you as married in ALL areas until the divorce decree is final and expect you to conduct yourself accordingly. There have been cases here...where one has been able to get a divorce on charges of Adultery...AFTER the separation. Welcome to my world.

BUT I agree that life goes on and Mia you are not going to like this but if he was sleeping with the sheila in front of the wee ones, then yes, concern. As far as your wee one not understanding because you are still married, she isnt going to understand at this age anyway. Traveling out of state with the GF would not please me either at least until the divorce is final.
