I'm also in PA, and I don't believe he can make you sell...But he will get 1/2 of the equity accumulated since the marriage. If you have equity, have the house appraised, take out an equity loan or refinance with cashout and just pay the amount. Since PA is a community property state, he is also responsible for 1/2 of any debt you've accumulated during the two years of marriage - no matter who's name it's in.
