I understand that I can be considered the father, however, I am the father though I didn't bear the child with my wife. There is a "presumption" of parentage where I can rebuttle but my question of concern is HOW. The "other" man has already claimed all responsibilities but again, I need case law/statute of some sort to reinforce what he has done. There certainly are ways that I could clear this matter up i.e. submitting a written affadavit from him and my wife claiming all responsibilities towards the child, however I don't want to go through more unnecessary steps as opposed to again, finding the CASE LAW stating and reinforcing that I claim no responsibilities to the child with all the beforementioned claims above. It certiainly is "easier" than I think it is if I have the correct case law which is what I was initially asking from my initial first post. Thanks for the comment nonetheless.
