I think you need to remember what is best for the child, even if your ex wife can't. I would have my attorney write a letter to her attorney stating the facts and your concerns and give her 1 to 2 weeks to reenroll the child back where they are suppose to be. This obviously is a move involving deception and you could be able to use the interference of parental rights, and possibly fight for custody?
