Columbus Day??

CO says "Beginning ##/##/###, father shall have every other Friday(7:30) through Sunday(8:00); if there should be a holiday on the Monday following Father's visitation weekend--Labor Day, MLK Day, President's Day or Memorial day--the Father shall return the child that Monday evening"

Well, this is my weekend & Monday is a holiday from school(Columbus Day??) for my son. Do I get to have him until Monday evening??
