Your point being? Since when is it an either or proposition? Each case according to it's merits. I believe in fighting for what is right. The judgement on this case can change things for many people. Not just myself. I may not ever see a penny of what is due me. However, many more may never even lose one because of this ruling. I know that my ex has believed himself to be above the law of the land rather than a subject of it. I know he is not the only military member who believes this. I give respect where it is due. I do not give it blindly. But for the grace of God. Be grateful we were not fighting for your rights, this means you have not lost anything. Oh by the way, my attorney is a former military officer highly decorated....need I say more?
