How nice of you to add your take on things.
It is refreshing to see so many here who have so brilliantly solved all of the issues mentioned. I can honestly say that my situation has been settled finally after 12 years. I am not the one here who has "blindly painted anyone anything". The rest of you have. Thanks to my ex for continually taking our situation back to court. The judges finally saw through him and what was going on and judged accordingly in favor of what is right, not necessarily what has been done in the past in other states. He can no longer deprive me of what the courts had determined was a fair settlement. Much to the ex's dismay I might add he has a fairly large sum to relinquish my way. To clarify what I just said for those of you who are still confused, [u]he hung himself[/u] It is with great relief to me that I can leave this board knowing that with all of the intelligence here, any help I may have been able to give is not needed as all of you have it all figured out!
