Actually whenever one of these cases comes up, someone is goig to lose something. The unfairness is how it is applied differently in different places. All military earned the same pensions no matter where they served, but because of where their divorce is filed, they may have 50% awarded as property to a former spouse. I mean how fair is it when the only option after it is done is that the former spouse can get more money. The fact of the matter is that the spouse can play absolutely no part in a military career and walk away after 20 years with tricare, an ID card and a 50% retirement. You don't like the attitudes here, good enough, refuse to help anyone. You don't like the people here, good enough, again don't help anyone. You have your victory, enjoy it and smile and again, don't help anyone. I am sorry it was not to your liking here, I am sure many people would have benefitted from your experience.
