Oh I will be helping people, just not here. The hateful atmosphere is the least of the problems here. Everyone here has their minds made up that the military member is so underserved, and in addition to that, I can tell that the people posting in response to me have very little knowledge of the scope of this problem to both parties. Misery loves company as you folks here surely prove. I am ecstatic that justice finally prevailed and will do so again! Do yourselves a favor and really educate yourselves instead of vomiting up the same old arguments of years ago. It would serve you well. Your attitude is old, outdated and does nothing to advance your ideas. You are continuing to beat a dead horse. You don't know nearly what you think you do and you would be doing yourself a favor by brushing up before you speak up. Really. I am enjoying my victory and will help others see how greed on the retiree's part was his own downfall. I didn't have to do a thing. Active duty members would be doing themselves a huge favor by looking into FRAUDULENT awards of disability because it hurts the truly disabled and upcoming retirees not just the "evil former spouse". I came here to help. But found nothing but hateful people, who by the way could have used my information to benefit themselves as well by learning what not to do as the retiree/member. So be it. And by the way, Everyone loses in a divorce, there are no winners. Just some come away less bloodied.
