Grievance

Anyone know of websites where I can do some good research on grievances against mediators? The situation was this: a divorce dispute is mandated by county court system to local mediation center. Mediator spent some of the afternoon with one party, and no time with the other. Mediator's assistant requested list of specific requests for final agreement. The attorney of "the other" person spent the afternoon with the Mediator in her office. The attorney of "the other" person stated to client that he was very impressed with the bodily augmentations (lips, boobs) of the mediator. At the end of the day, attorney and mediator present Mediated Settlement Agreement and pressure "other" party to sign stating all significant issues have been resolved. "Other" party received NONE of the items on the list taken by the assistant as was suggested by the lawyer and mediator upon presentation of the agreement. Is the agreement valid if the mediator did not participate in the negotiations?
