WRONG!!! You are not entitled to anything. Your children may be. Of course, so much of your action is predicated on whether or not he is hiding assets. By your own admission in an earlier post, this is pure speculation based on things he has. Maybe he found himself a sugar-momma, that's what it sounds like to me. If that is the case, you're SOL on everything except the insurance (he should not have dropped the kids from the policy) and the transportation. If he is retired, then he probably does make less than he did before, in which case CS won't change much if he was paying guideline support. I can't imagine a court forcing someone to work through retirement just because you feel the need for more money. And, yes, I am bitter in case you were going to say so, but you would be too if you had to pay just north of 1250/mo. for one child.
BTW, what do you think his pay is in retirement, perhaps Redlegg could answer as he seems to know a lot about the military.
