I have to say I have simplified things only buying what I have to buy only wrapping Alyssa's stuff everything else is going in bags, making lasagna for Christmas dinner because I can make it when I wake up and then bake it when everyone gets here, I think if I had anxiety on top of the depression I might snap so I just decided simple was my answer and if it's not perfect I don't care
