no i'm not a troll and all i did was post under CS because it was a question that I could not find an answer too.

You people call it what you will, but those are very harsh words considering. Yes, I'm very upset about this in all areas. Upset that my son could do someting like this. Upset that my daughter was a victim. Upset that my son is also a victim of his step-sister. Upset that their father doesn't give a rats a-s-s about his "first" family and cares more about his "already made family". Just sick to my stomach about this whole mess. And all I get is, it's my fault this happened because I don't sit in chair in the hallway to their bedrooms at night until they start snoring. Who would of even dreamed that something like this would happen.

As far as giving my mom money, I took the amount of CS I receive every month and divided into thirds for the 3 kids I have. She got a 1/3 of the total I receive from NCP plus 20% of my net income. Pretty freakin generous if you ask me. In other words, being paid twice for 1 child from both sides.

Yes, I'm leaving out alot of details because I don't want to write a 2 page book from beginning to end on here. I find it insulting that I come to this board for advice and all I get is criticized. So here's the details:

Daughter said something at daycare, DCFS came to home, DCFS asked for interview with daughter. DCFS spoke with me right after interview and stated that son was to be removed or be arrested. Interview with son was mentioned also. After my daughter's interview, DCFS and the PD agreed to place son at grandmothers instead of Detention. I have that in writing along with the fact that I'm still guardian. As far as the son not being spoken to even til this day, that's up to DCFS and the Local Police Detective to set that appointment up. It's not my job to hunt the appointment down if they are the one's pursing this. Per my attorney, they are suppose to set this up. I haven't received a phone call from the Dectective or DCFS to set this up. Nor have they shown up at grandmas. I took daughter to pediatric specialist (not per DCFS orders) and she's never been penitrated. (Story conflict). Hired attorney, Court next month for placement hearing. That should sum it up for now as this is only the beginning stage.

son: Severe LD with ADHD taking medication every day. C-section twin born 10 weeks premature due to complications in the pregnancy. (Gestational diabeties and a fall down the stairs did it) Reading/comprehension level is at a 4th-5th grade level even thou he's in 7th grade.

The topic for s-e-x ED was addressed back in October with him because it's part of the Phys Ed program. I tried to pull him out because of the comprehension aspect. A 12-yr old with that type of comprehension level does not need to know about oral s-e-x (any 12-yr old for that matter) let alone s-e-x period. I will refuse to explain that to any of my kids until I feel it's appropriate to explain and they are ready to understand.

You all created all this drama, and all I wanted to know was so I can properly prepare a budget was if NCP still has to pay CS or do we both do IF the son is taken to Juve. It was a simple question that turned into drama.
