You have to be kidding to think you are not getting to get a strong reaction about this topic.

You want an anwser to the money question - I gave you one before. If he goes into care, yes, they go after both parents - if you actually have to pay or not depends on the judge. If you lose custody of your child (i.e. placement), then, I'd hope the child support would be recaculated based on the children in your actual home.

Paying your mom has nothing to do with if they will want child support nor will they care. But, do not over pay or a judge could easily say you paid XXX, so you can keep paying it. If you mom voluntarily keeps the child, no you wouldn't pay child support to the gov't as it is a relative placement. If your ex hasn't filed any paperwork, you are entitled to what you recieve until it is motified. If your mom becomes a foster parent and recieves a stipend, yes, they'd come after you and your ex. If she doesn't become a foster parent, she might be able to file and get child support and other benefits (TCA, food stamps and medical assistance) as a relative care giver which has nothing to do with child wefare.

If what you are saying is true, you all need mental health treatment, especially your children. Why wait till someone else interviews them to determine what needs to be done? You need good psychological evaluations on both children and then a strong mental health therapist who specializes in sex abuse cases as there are very few people in the country who are that skilled to do that kind of work. I agree with you it isn't appropiate to teach your children about oral sex until they are older inless they bring it up to you. But, bottome line is your kids have experienced it and you have to do damage control now as this will impact them for the rest of their lives. I also would hope you'd get a restraining order against stepdaughter for all of your children regardless of if child welfare or anyone else helps - you can go to court and file so there is no way dad/ex can bring the kids together. I guess I don't understand why you'd take your daughter for a physical exam and not equally place priority on the mental health piece given what she has been through (and the same for your son).
