Why in the world would I be charged? Seriously, am I suppose to sit in the hallway of all 3 bedrooms from 9-10pm until I hear snoring? To be honest, no where listed in the summons does it say it even happened in my home. For all I know, it could of happened at the ex's home. All 3 kids are never unsupervised between the hours of 4-9pm. IE...homework, dinner, activities, etc... Video games and stuff is in the living room where the TV is. They don't have TV's in their bedrooms and they all do homework at the kitchen table. Weekends are pretty hectic with activities and errands and so forth and they are always with someone.

------------------>depends on what they find out in the investigation. I've had two cases where the parents were charged with "neglect by omission" and another with "failure to protect". I am not going to say how these charges came about because frankly, I am going to let the people in Ill do their job.
