I think that would have to be taken up with Columbian officials. The child doesn't live in the US, never has lived in the US, wasn't born in the US - all of which I assume. So I would not expect US laws to govern the child support your child might be entitled to. I personally think, and have no experience or law to back this up, that the fact that he works and lives in the US should have no bearing on how much CS is owed to a child living in another country. What do your laws say about child support?
