Well...I am not wanting access to my husbands checkbook because I am deciding to "bail". I don't have access to it now, why would that change?

My husband made $80,000.00 this past year, so we aren't poor.
He manages money poorly. For example, he "forgets" to pay the car payment and then the car gets repoed. Then it takes $1,000.00 to get the damned thing back.
I have no access to anything. I am completely in the dark. I do not even have access to the mail because it requires a key which only he has. I have no idea what bills are due and when.
I do not have ANYTHING in my name. No utility bills, no credit cards. The one credit card he has he has maxed out and is not making payments. I discovered this only a few days ago via the internet.
The only thing I have my name on is a savings account that has $10.00 in it.
I live in Indiana and we are not an alimony state.

I am not wanting him to support me for the rest of my life. But after the hell he has put me through, I feel like I am certainly entitled to some damned help from the monster.

Also, I have been sending my resume in to different employers. The problem is I do not have my radiology license and without this no one will even consider me.
