My wife moved out two weeks ago, and took our son with her, she is living with another man. She swears nothing is going on (yeah right). She has been seeing this guy for about 6 months, and has always said they are just good friends, I guess I'm just too easy going, because I never really demanded she stop. She dropped my son off last Saturday, so she is not trying to keep him from me, but my son (6yo) didn't want to stay with me (I'm sure that's normal at first)he started crying, and said he didn't want to stay with me because mommy is sleeping in Waynes bed (the guy) She instantly said they had their clothes on, and nothing was happening. She has already started covering her tracks, because apparently my sons school counselor called my wife, and asked what was going on, she told the counselor she had to leave because we had been fighting to much. I can tell you, I had always been very careful not to say anything in front of my son, she was the one who would start things, and I would simply clam up, and go out to my garage. Anyway, she still has access to my house, and while I'm at work she is going inside and taking things, so far it is her and my sons stuff, so not a problem. But, last night I opened my clothes dryer to dry my clothes, and it was full of saw dust. So I am assuming she is doing her and her guy friends laundry at my house, the real nasty stuff, because they don't want to ruin his dryer. alot of the stuff I have, is all pre-marital, we have only been married 6 years. She wants to handle this divorce uncontested, if we can agree upon terms, which so far isn't too bad. I just don't want her coming into my house, and taking or ruining my property I had prior to our marriage. I'm just wondering, if I change the locks, and deny her access to the house, unless I'm there, if that could create problems?
