Mich. I see , it's a nofault state for divorce but fault can be a determining factor in the distribution of marital property . Get a lawyer , file for divorce , ask for custody of the child and for exclusive use of the marital home as she has already moved out . Most custody cases in Mich. are decided in mediation so decide beforehand what custodial arrangement you want .
