Alimony

I am looking for some help. I am from Canada I married an american. My husband pays his ex alimony and part of his military pension. He was ordered to pay alimony for 7 years now that the order is up in 3 months she stated she is going to take him back to court to get more alimony. Does anyone know if she can do this in Canada you can't. Once an order is complete its done. This women needs to get a life. :mad:
