Myangels...he's not willing to take 50/50 custody because of the impact it will have on his career. He'll go from over $100k to probably around where BM will be.

He doesn't want to go down to that income level. However, with BM being primary parent, she'll be at that income level. Why should he get to make MORE money by shunning his parenting reponsibilis on to her? And if he DOES make more money by not taking 50/50, he should have to share that extra money he's making with her (outside of CS.) Afterall, he'll be making it by forcing her to take on his share of the parenting responsibilies. Why should he get to profit for that and not her...since he couldn't do it without her?
