Of course it's not right, but what do you want us to do about it? The only two things that we can suggest, you're already nixed because 1) you don't have any patience and 2) you're cheap.

If you want the IRS to help you...then you HAVE to stay on hold until you can talk to an agent.

You're ALSO going to HAVE to bring this issue to your attorney's attention and that's going to cost you a minimum of 6 mintutes of his/her hourly rate.

Or you can just simply forget about. YOUR choice.
