He signed the papers agreeing to give her custody until court because she wouldn't let him see the baby until he did. She said she was afraid he would kidnap him. He did it to see his son.
As for the sex offender charges, her stepdad molested his son from age 3 to age 6 and his daughter from age 5 to age 8. He pled guilty! He stated these were the ages that it happened but he could have lied. It could have started earlier. My attorney has the court records.
