CS versus visitation
      03/12/07 03:50 PM

18 yrs down the tubes, Divorced Aug 2005, 2 kids, split custody, paying alimony and CS.
Our original DA had a parenting plan where my son would have about equal visitation with my ex, plus extra time with her during the summer where she doesn't work.

As its turned out he doesn't ever see his mom. Ever. I'm still paying $28 a month in CS. Suppose I just subtract that out of the Alimony check ?

Or should I just enjoy with glee the hurt and pain I hear from my ex when she whines about her lost son ?

One thing you have to admit, divorce, child support, and alimony really teaches people how to hate...
